GymReview provides feedback software for fitness businesses. For customer account data we are the data controller; for member survey responses we act as a processor on behalf of the gym.
What we collect
Account details such as your email address and gym information, survey content, and the responses members submit. Members can answer anonymously.
How we use data
To provide and improve the service, to analyse feedback for the gym that collected it, and to handle billing and support.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time via the contact page.
Retention and security
Data is stored securely within the EU where possible and kept only as long as needed to provide the service.
